At VehicleLookupPro, customer satisfaction is important to us. We provide digital vehicle history reports that are generated and delivered electronically based on the vehicle information submitted at checkout. Please review our refund policy below.

1. Digital Service

VehicleLookupPro provides digital vehicle history reports that are created and delivered in 1-3 hours after a successful request. Because reports are generated using third-party, and government vehicle data sources, purchases are generally considered final once the report has been delivered.

2. When a Refund May Be Approved

We may issue a refund in the following situations:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order
  • You were charged but did not receive access to your report
  • A technical issue prevented your report from being generated or delivered within 24 hours
  • An accidental duplicate payment was made

If any of the above applies, please contact our support team and we’ll review your request as quickly as possible.

3. When Refunds May Not Be Available

Refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect VIN or registration details were entered during the search
  • The report was successfully generated and delivered
  • Certain vehicle information is unavailable due to limitations in public records or third-party, and government databases
  • The report contains limited data because records are not available for that vehicle
  • You changed your mind after the report was delivered

VehicleLookupPro gathers information from trusted third-party databases and public record sources. Data availability can vary depending on country, vehicle age, registration history, and source availability. Because of this, some reports may contain more information than others.

4. Refund Request Timeframe

Refund requests should be submitted within 36 hours of purchase.

Requests submitted after this period may still be reviewed at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with:

  • Your full name
  • Email address used for purchase
  • VIN or registration number
  • Order number or transaction reference
  • A brief explanation of the issue
